At Total Foot Health we are fully compliant with GDPR legislation and take your privacy seriously. In accordance with legislation, we require written consent prior to your treatment. To receive continuity and quality of care, this information is recorded and may be shared with other members of the health care team involved in your treatment.

• We do not share your information with anyone who is not directly involved in your care.
• All data is stored electronically and our internal secure server is backed up daily to ensure continuity in the event of any server failure. Your data is held by us for 7 years from the date of your last treatment or up to the age of 21, whichever is the longer timescale.
• We will send to you an SMS reminder for an appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
