Podiatry Guarantee
It is important to us at Total Foot Health that you are happy with the treatment and care that we give you. As part of our care we:
- Will recommend a course of treatment and will often suggest a timescale for you to come back to see us in order to help optimise your foot health treatment.
- May recommend suitable home care regimes and treatments for you in order to further aid your healing.
- Carry a stock of products that are the best on the market to help with this.
- We will send you a reminder about your annual foot health assessment if we have not seen you in clinic. (This is something that most people will benefit from).
If you are unhappy with your treatment or care please do not hesitate to let us know. We will invite you back into clinic, at no cost to you, to work out how we can address the problem.
Partial and Total Nail Ablation Guarantee
Following a partial or full nail ablation you will be covered by the Total Foot Health nail surgery guarantee. This means that we will undertake a second procedure, at no cost to you, if you are one of the unlucky 5% of cases where a regrowth occurs within six months.
