At Total Foot Health we want to make sure we give our patients the very best care and treatment. To do this we need to ensure we are all working together as a team from reception to admin and the clinicians.
As part of this we spent a fantastic day using the facilities of the Salisbury & South Wilts Sports Club on the Wilton Road. The day was highly productive and we covered a lot of ground from new clinical developments in treating verrucae, the way we do business and work with our patients and suppliers, through to why we do business. There was great interaction with the team which started with us trying to find out something new about a team member. Did you know that one of the team is a Blue Peter badge holder – I wonder if you can guess who this is?
Another section of the day concentrated on doing the simple things perfectly. Some fantastic ideas came from this which you will see integrated into the patient experience at Total Foot Health. It was a beautiful, sunny evening by the time we finished and we took the opportunity to relax socially whilst looking over the immaculately kept cricket pitch at the ground.
