It is always interesting to know a little about Total Foot Health patients so in February Louise did a survey regarding the distances our patients travelled to see us during a single week. The vast majority clearly come from within Salisbury itself which should be no big surprise to any of us. The surprising thing however, is a considerable portion travelling from more than 15 miles to receive our care. The record for that week was 68 miles! Total distance travelled by our patients during that week is 517 miles, 21 miles short of Salisbury to Toulouse (as the crow flies).
It is great to know our patients appreciate the level of care we take with their foot health. In the information age we live in we are clearly able to get our message of high quality and often unique care to many people who perhaps in the past may have continued to suffer from foot pain and immobility. To this end the Total Foot Health website is probably our most valuable asset in educating people and potential patients in the ways we can help. To all those people who travel to see us, whether it be from around the corner or from many miles away, we would like to extend a big THANK YOU for your faith in us. The furthest distance travelled was 68.8 miles!
