At our team training day in October we discussed the environment at TFH and some concerns were raised regards access, in particular our front door. We decided to undertake a simple survey to ask our patients if they felt there were any difficulties. Firstly, I am delighted to say that we achieved extremely high scores on our service and there were no pressing issues that people felt we should look at. We did, however, have several comments on the front door being heavy and difficult to open at times. In view of this we are looking at solutions to the problem that are both practical and affordable.
